This theme was selected because it reflects a commitment to celebrating our rich history as we move forward in life. Recognizing the values and traditions that shape our family's identity enriches our lives and helps us navigate the future with a deeper understanding of where we come from!
During the Juneteenth holiday, our family reunion will honor our rich heritage and legacy in several meaningful ways! These include: story sharing, participating in activities that promote learning our history, legacy projects, and so much more! By integrating these elements into our reunion events, we hope to create a rich tapestry of experiences that honor our family's history while fostering a sense of unity and pride for the future!
